All items are sent by the Friends of St Cecilia’s Hall except wind instrument drawings (see below). Casual sales of drawings are no longer possible at St Cecilia's Hall but prices of other items are given for purchase at St Cecilia's Hall (which also apply for any direct sales at a concert or public function) and with a small surcharge for packaging.
For smaller items, we give prices inclusive of postage charges to various regions Prices for keyboard and string instrument drawings are given exclusive of postage charges.
If your order includes drawings, you will be invoiced by email for our price, plus the actual cost of postage, once your items have been sent. Keyboard and string instrument drawings are sent rolled in postal tubes. For guidance, keyboard instrument drawings typically cost £10 or more to mail in the UK, £20 or more to mail to Europe, and £40 or more to mail to the rest of the world.
If you wish to be able to track items mailed to you, please say so. Services offering tracking are normally £4 or £5 dearer than those that do not.
Postage costs for string instrument drawings are often much lower because they fit much smaller tubes. Keyboard drawings at 50 per cent are also much cheaper to mail.

Wind instrument drawings are sent by Arnold Myers, though they should be ordered via the Friends of St Cecilia’s Hall. Prices include photographs and data sheets as specified in sales lists. Smaller wind instrument drawings are on A4 or A3 paper and are sent unfolded in boxes. Larger wind instrument drawings on paper are sent lightly folded in boxes. Larger wind instrument drawings on plastic are sent rolled in tubes. Prices for wind instrument drawings include postage at UK standard rates. Payments must be in sterling. Wind instrument drawings must normally be paid for in advance.
Payment options: PayPal, cheques (your own or your bank’s), electronic transfer, or for small items, cash. Payments must be in steriling. Full details of how to pay are on the invoice.
